Domestic Delivery: USA

Domestic Shipments ship within 3 business days of receiving the order & payment, typically less. Please, keep in mind we do not ship o weekends or national holidays. This 3 day window includes customized products. We then typically ship via USPS trackable first class mail (3 -7 days) or priority mail (3 - 5 days). In some cases, we may ship with UPS or Fedex. Most orders ship directly from our South San Francisco warehouse. Express mail is available and we will use either Fedex or USPS depending on which can get to you faster. Some addresses don't qualify for overnight delivery, in these cases, your order will be shipped 2nd air (Alaska & Hawaii express orders always go via USPS and typically take 2 business days. Some remote parts of Alaska take 3 days with express).

PO Boxes, APO/FPO (Military Addresses)

We ship to PO BOXES and APO/FPO addresses! Please, keep in mind that we will be shipping through USPS to deliver your items. Express shipping is not available to APO/FPO/Military Addresses at this time.

We take Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. Including debit cards which carry any of these symbols. We also take most other major credit cards. Please, keep in mind the charge to your card may come up as our parent company "Impressons, LLC" or as the site "Activewear Apparel".


We also have the option of paying with PayPal. You can choose this payment method upon checking out. Please, keep in mind you will be redirected from the shopping card to the PayPal platform.

Do you save my billing and shipping information so I don't have to enter it each time I place an order?

Once you create an account we will have your information saved on file; however, you may edit your shipping information online if you need to ship to an alternate address.

What is the difference between a billing and a shipping address?

our shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing address is the same address as that of the credit cards billing information. The billing information you provide must be the same information that your credit card issuer has on file. If your billing address doesn’t match what the bank has on file, your order will be placed on hold. This may cause delays or cancellations.

Do you charge sales tax?

We're located in California - so we collect sales tax to any items shipped within California. Other states are not charged sales tax.

How do I view my order?

At any time you may login to your account to view the status of your order.

When do you ship?

We ship orders within 1 business day. If you place orders before Noon it will go out the same day, otherwise it goes out the following business day.

Where's my stuff?

After you login you can then check the tab or choose the option to view your order. If you have questions or need help checking your order please don't hesitate to contact us.

I ordered Express Shipping, When Can I expect it to arrive?

Orders ship within 1 business day (place orders before noon PT to ship the same day). Express shipping is generally overnight shipping unless you live in a remote area where overnight shipping is not available. Additionally, if you live in Alaska or Hawaii Express shipping is generally a 2 day service (Unless you're in a remote part of Alaska, then it can sometimes take 3 days for delivery).

I received my item(s) but it was damaged, what do I do?

We're so sorry about the damaged item! If you'll contact customer service we'll be able to fix that for you.

Can I return/exchange?


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason (size, color, etc) you may return or exchange it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price minus any shipping back to us. All our packages are tracked so if yours gets lost or damaged in the mail please contact us if you have not received your package within one week of being notified of its shipment.


If you need to exchange your item for any reason (size, color, etc) --please send back to our address above with a note requesting what you'd like to exchange for. Please include your order # (that helps speed things up!). If you have any questions about your exchange - please feel free to contact us. Most exchanges turn around in 48 hours - but if you email us before you send your item in - and let us know what you'd like to exchange it for - usually we can have it ready to ship when your exchange gets in! (This is a must during the holidays for quick turn-around!).
